MCW Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MCW platform (website, mobile application, and related services) operated by MCW Entertainment N.V. ("the Company"), registered in Curaçao under registration number 162450, and licensed by the Curacao eGaming Authority under license number 8048/JAZ.
1.2. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the MCW platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Definitions
2.1. "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the MCW platform.
2.2. "Account" refers to the personal account created by the Player upon registration.
2.3. "Bet" refers to any wager placed by the Player on casino games or sports events.
2.4. "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives provided by the Company.
2.5. "Platform" refers to the MCW website, mobile application, and all related services.
3. Eligibility
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and use the MCW platform.
3.2. Only one account per person, per household, per IP address is permitted. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4. Employees, directors, and affiliates of the Company and its partners are prohibited from holding player accounts.
4. Account Registration

4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

6. Betting Rules
6.1. All bets are final once confirmed. The Company is not responsible for bets placed in error by the Player.
6.2. The Company reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors, incorrect odds, or other irregularities.

6.4. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Company's decision based on available data and records shall be final.
6.5. The Company reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its sole discretion.
7. Casino Rules
7.1. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for software games, and by live dealer actions for live casino games.
7.2. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a technical error occurs during a game, the Company may void the affected round.
7.3. Minimum and maximum bet limits are set by each game and displayed in the game interface.
7.4. The Company is not responsible for interruptions caused by the Player's internet connection or device.
8. Bonuses and Promotions
8.1. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposits, eligible games, and time limits.
8.2. Only one welcome bonus per player, per account, per household is permitted.
8.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit associated winnings if bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of terms is detected.
8.4. Maximum bet while an active bonus is being wagered is ৳500 per spin or round. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
8.5. The Company may modify or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Responsible Gaming
9.1. The Company is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
9.2. Players who self-exclude will be blocked from accessing the platform for the selected period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period.
9.3. The Company may close or restrict accounts if it believes a Player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling.
10. Prohibited Activities
10.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:
- Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods
- Multi-accounting or creating accounts on behalf of third parties
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Use of automated software, bots, or exploitation of technical errors
- Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for illegal purposes
- Providing false or misleading personal information
- Underage gambling
11. Account Suspension and Closure
11.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close any account if it reasonably believes the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
11.2. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method where possible.
11.3. Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting customer support.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. The Company provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.
12.2. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
12.3. The Company's total liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the preceding 12 months.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1. All content on the MCW platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and trademarks — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
13.2. Players may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without written permission.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1. In the event of a dispute, the Player should first contact MCW customer support via live chat or email at support@mcw-casino.mobi.
14.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the Player may escalate the matter to the Curacao eGaming Authority for independent review.
14.3. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
